Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of receipt. The consumer pays the return shipping; we refund after receiving the goods (or proof of return). Unsealed hygiene items (e.g. in-ear earphones) cannot be returned; a deduction applies for loss in value (e.g. applied screen protector, used case, missing parts or packaging).
